Immunity Support in the Winter

Some of our favorite oils to use in the winter are Peppermint, Frankincense, & Thieves.  When our respiratory systems need some extra support, we open up a bottle of peppermint and just breathe it in. Sometimes I'll dab a small drop around my nostrils and it acts like my own personal diffuser!  Frankincense is a powerhouse oil.  Our spines are the weakest part of our immune systems, so when we're feeling like we need to extra support, we put a few drops of frank there.  Or make a 10ml roller of 20 drops of frankincense, 20 drops of lemon, fill the rest with fractionated coconut oil, and roll onto the spine. Thieves is an oil you never want to be without.  It smells so good in the diffuser, 3 or 4 drops with an oil like orange, pine, or bergamot not only makes your home smell nice, it also supports your immune system!  Thieves is a blend of clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus radiata, & rosemary essential oils.
